POSITION OVERVIEW: Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity that fits around your family's schedule? Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Spanish bilingual Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
We are especially interested in speaking with motivated individuals looking for a role that works during school hours, including parents returning to the workforce or seeking a rewarding part-time career opportunity. No insurance license? No problem - we will pay for your licensing and provide training to help you succeed.
This position starts at approximately 25 hours per week across 3 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours, career growth, and potential advancement into a full-time role.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
