We are looking for a detail-focused Learning Operations Admin to provide contract administrative support for the Learning & Development team in Austin, Texas. This contract position will help keep daily learning operations organized by managing incoming requests, maintaining tracking tools, and supporting routine activity across Workday Learning and related platforms. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities:• Oversee requests submitted through learning and intranet support inboxes by acknowledging inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and ensuring timely resolution.• Review incoming messages for priority and urgency, apply established response guidelines, and elevate more complex matters when necessary.• Update and maintain operational trackers, task boards, and status logs so assignments, follow-ups, and completions remain visible and current.• Assist with intake coordination by recording new requests, revising progress updates, and helping the team keep work moving efficiently.• Perform routine support activities in Workday Learning, including checking completion records, locating learner information, assisting with enrollments, and preparing reports for stakeholders.• Verify learning materials for basic functionality before training items are released through Workday.• Respond to common Workday Learning questions using documented procedures and route unresolved issues through the proper escalation path.• Provide administrative support for the company intranet by monitoring requests, documenting issues, maintaining current reference materials, and forwarding items to the correct owners.• Organize shared documents, templates, and process resources so the team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.• Contribute general administrative and operational assistance to Learning & Development initiatives and other assigned tasks as needed.
