Medical Lab Tech (MLT) - Outpatient Lab- Up to $63.60/ Hour Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing! Interim Healthcare Staffing offers amazing opportunities for career progression, as well as ongoing education and development programs. Schedule: Monday- Friday. Start times could be as early as 7am and end times could be as late as 6:30pm, all 8 hour shifts. Location: Clinics are within the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Metro area. Some evening and weekend shifts are also possible in Apple Valley, Arden Hills, St. Paul and Woodbury. Pay rate: Up to $63.60 per hour, depending on experience! What we offer you:

What we ask of you:

• Evaluate daily quality control data. Responds by following established protocols.
• Perform phlebotomy and prepares specimens for analysis as needed.
• Perform computer functions including patient registration, test requisition and specimen tracking.
• Performs vital capacities and obtains specimens for drug testing as needed.
• Resolve workload logs and review results results of moderately complex testing.
• Monitor supplies for laboratory procedures and stock work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we require of you:

• A degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is required.
• American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification is required.
• Generalist experience and Epic experience are preferred.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
• Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
