???? Now Hiring: Process Operator

We’re looking for a motivated Process Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. Great opportunity for someone with production experience who enjoys hands-on work, process monitoring, and troubleshooting .

Responsibilities:

• Monitor yeast fermentation and production processes
• Check temperature, pH, flow rates, and ethanol levels
• Operate control room systems and process equipment
• Connect hoses and perform basic equipment troubleshooting
• Clean and sanitize tanks and production areas
• Follow safety, quality, and SOP requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Associate’s degree required , preferably Biology, Chemistry, Science, or related field
• Food manufacturing or process operator experience preferred
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and climbing ladders

Schedule:

⏰ 12-hour rotating shifts, 3 days on / 3 days off

☀️ 6 AM–6 PM | ???? 6 PM–6 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
